Disclosure: Upon the advice of Taupo accounting firm Strettons, a company called "Concert fo Christchurch" has been established specifically for this event. All revenue will be deposited in that company's bank account, expenses will be paid from that revenue, and the net proceeds will be disbursed to the Red Cross Christchurch Earthquake appeal before March 31, 2011. Expenses include bands, sound and lighting, printing and signage, and security. All providers to the concert have been asked to consider the cause and many are either donating servies or providing services at cost. All food and drink vendors are contributing 20% of their gross sales from the event. The organisers - 41Above - will take no fee for their services. Attendance required to cover the total fixed costs of the event is estimated at 450. Attendance in excess of 450 will produce the net proceeds to be paid to Red Cross.
